Official Wedding Location

In October 2007, the Carlton Ambassador became an official wedding location and, on Saturday, 12 April 2008, the first couple were married at the hotel.  A heart's wish that nearly never happened!

In the lead up to their special day, the Den Boer - Gomez couple ran into an insurmountable problem. Rosa Elena Gomez's birth certificate was missing and the couple called on the T.V. programme, "Ten Einde Raad" for help. After the 11 March broadcast, the Hague Council waived the requirement for the birth certificate and gave them permission to marry. On 12 April, the pair sealed their love in Carlton Ambassador's Senator Room.

The Carlton Ambassador offers 3 rooms where weddings, the wedding breakfast, party, reception, or dinner can be held. The atmospheric and richly decorated halls offer a beautiful, intimate setting for a wedding. And with 78 spacious, uniquely designed rooms and suites, an overnight stay is a natural option.
