First time. First Class. Excellent food and breakfast and staff were so helpful and polite. Balcony room and Executive Suite full of complimentary snacks and drinks and the afternoon cream tea sublime.

Sweet hotel with a Makintosh flavor. Our room was spacious, although old-fashioned, which did not deter from the comfort. The bed was very comfortable and the bath was roomy, too. Housekeeping did a great job of keeping the room tidy every day.
A big bonus is the complementary drinks and snacks in the room. Front desk staff was helpful and so very friendly. The location is perfect, just a couple of blocks from the main train station and a block from George Square. We highly recommend it
