The Pavilion:

The Pavilion features a spectacular glass roof with plenty of natural daylight that can be optionally screened out for presentations. With a view overlooking the royal River Thames, this magnificent room offers a creative and unique environment and benefits from an external river terrace - perfect for coffee breaks and al fresco conference lunches! The Pavilion can hold up to 120 delegates theatre style, 60 delegates cabaret style and 50 delegates boardroom. Seating configurations and equipment can be arranged to suit your individual requirements and business facilities are readily available on request.

The Cardinal Wolesey:

The Cardinal Wolesey overlooks the historic Hampton Court Palace and can accommodate up to 18 delegates. The welcoming, traditional English layout is expertly combined with functional amenities. The room can be completely furnished with state-of-the-art equipment making it ideal for boardroom style meetings. ISDN lines and wireless internet are available within this room.

The minstrel's Library:

For smaller meetings, utilise the handsome Minstrel's Library, where you can convene in a quiet and informal setting. Small and intimate, it makes for a quaint but splendid room and is popular for 1:1 interviews. Make use of the 'Hot Desk', complete with internet service, PC and printer, telephone and conference stationery - an ideal 'office away from office'.

MEETING FACILITIES

On the banks of the River Thames, opposite Hampton Court Palace, lies the Carlton Mitre Hotel, built in 1665 by order of Charles II to house the Kings courtiers; the Mitre still maintains the tradition and service enjoyed over the past three centuries.
