Steven Hullock - Wedding & Events Coordinator

 

Hometown: The Lake District in Cumbria

 

Steven has worked in the hotel industry for 19 years, specialising in wedding and event planning for the past 8 years.

With his concise administrative skills, confident personality & a love of all things sparkly, Steven is the perfect person to plan your event. His bubbly personality calms pre-wedding nerves and ensures the planning of your event is great fun!

When not planning weddings, Steve loves to socialise with friends, especially over a large glass of wine and good food.

 

 

Claus Bedenbecker - Operations Manager

 

Hometown: Bonn, Germany

 

Claus joined the company in 2007 as Assistant Operations Manager, and was quickly promoted to his current role. The driving force of the operations department, Claus fronts the events team as well as managing the hotels busy food and beverage departments.

Responsible for the actual "doing" of the event, Claus is involved in all aspects of the day from set-up, ceremony coordination and food service to the painstakingly complicated laying of dancefloor tiles.

Too hectic for hobbies in the summer due to a busy wedding season, Claus is a keen football player and car enthusiast.

 

 

Benson ‘Benny' Sirvel - Reservations Supervisor

 

 

Hometown: Mumbai, India

 

Currently studying for a degree in Inventory Management, Benny spends the rest of his time working within the Event Sales department, specialising in room reservations.

 

With his gentle personality, he offers a calming influence in the frenetic sales office and makes wonderful cups of tea.

 

Responsible for event group bookings and website rate management, Benny is an efficient chap, always keen to exceed guest expectations.

 

His hobbies include cricket, swimming and playing guitar.

 

Daniela Englisch - Events & Reservation Coordinator

 

Hometown:Frankfurt, Germany

 

After starting 5 year's ago with the company as a reception supervisor, Daniela has now progressed into the sales/events department.

With her head for figures and precise negotiation skills, Daniela's calm thinking and sometimes crazy ideas brings out the best in everyone.

Responsible for website design, reservation and events!

Her hobbies include salsa dancing, socialising with friends in the hussle and bussle of London!

 

Rachel Pearce - Business Development Manager

Hometown: Holyport- Berkshire

 

Rachel has recently joined the hotel as a Business Development Manager after running her own business in the hospitality sector for 17 years.

With her charming personality and attention to details,Rachel's job is to look after our Corporate clients.

Rachel has a very busy home life, she is not only looking after her 3 children.. no she also has a dog and 2 horses to care for.
