Our Business Centre, located on the ground floor, includes a workspace equipped with three PCs running Microsoft Office and internet, a printer, office accessories, two telephones, a fax machine, laptop ports, a document shredder and a small refrigerator. You can use the Business Centre free of charge with the exception of telephone and fax charges.
Culinary delights...
During your event, we offer a choice of various culinary delights. If you choose for our attractive meeting packages, we will welcome your guests with oven-fresh croissants and fruit in the morning and during the afternoon break serve 'Coffee & More' - a decadent coffee break with delicious delicacies. Usage of coffee and tea is unlimited throughout the day. At the end of the afternoon, to give your attendees a little afternoon boost, we surprise your guests with a snack that changes daily. Did we mention the glass of wine at dinner? Always providing sensational customer service, we end the meal with coffee, tea and friandises to complete the evening.

The Carlton President understands that an effective conference, event, or social function requires not only efficient service, but also ambiance in an enjoyable and comfortable environment. To achieve this we offer 9 recently renovated, multi-functional conference rooms with seating capacities from 8 to 625 persons.
All conference rooms are amply apportioned, well-lit with plenty of daylight and automatically controlled sun blinds, wireless internet, CAT 5 network cabling (ISDN), TV/radio connections, air conditioning, projector screen, flip-over, and the use of a Carlton seminar case with all the necessary office accessories. All our conference rooms have fixed walls. We are pleased to provide any additional equipment and other conference facilities you may require. Newspapers and table sweets are complimentary.
